Join Simply Singing CIC for a big-hearted night of singing, laughter, and pints at Runaway Brewery! Led by Alice and Louise plus the brilliant guitarist Gillan Edgar, we’ll dive into catchy tunes, learn some easy harmonies, and belt them out together in true pub style.

No experience needed – just bring your voice (tuneful or not!), grab a drink, and get ready to sing your heart out. Expect a warm, welcoming crowd, heaps of laughter, and that unbeatable buzz of voices rising together.

Is the venue accessible?

Do I have to drink alcohol?

Absolutely not! Runaway offer plenty of alcohol free beverages.

Will there be food?

Only the usual bar snacks like crisps - Honest Crust Pizza are not open on Wednesdays. However, Runaway have kindly said you are welcome to order takeaway if you like!

What if I don't know the songs?

Don't worry! We will sing songs that have a catchy chorus, and the biggest section of the night we'll be teaching by ear so you will definitely know it by the end.

What if I don't know all the words?

You can have the lyrics on your phone. You can scan a QR code from the tables and access the lyrics to all the songs for the evening.

I love singing but sound like a dying goose. Won't everyone hate me?

NOOOOOOOOO! Sup and Sing Club is not about perfection, or even singing the right things. It's about loving singing and the feeling we all get from singing together. EVERYONE IS WELCOME!!!!!! Also, everyone will learn something and gain confidence in their own voice.

What if I'm running late?

Just come when you can! This is a night out with your mates, we are very relaxed.
